These terms cover text message (SMS) communications sent by a locksmith or roadside key service company using KeyMarshall to a customer who has requested service.
Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number when requesting locksmith or roadside key service, you may receive text messages related to your service, including job status updates (technician dispatched, on the way, arrived, work started, job finished), a link to share your location so a technician can find you, a work authorization or service agreement to review and sign, a receipt, and a post-service request to leave a review.
Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies depending on the service requested. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-In & Opt-Out
Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive; you will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START or YES to resume messages. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported on major US carriers; coverage and reliability may vary by carrier and device.
